A special day

Today had been special for me. I could experience the soul stirring music and bask in the presence of a legend – Manna Dey.

It’s amazing how at the age of 90, this great maestro could manage to sing (powerfully) for a couple of hours (with just a few breaks in between).

When you visit a movie hall after a really long time –

And this is exactly what I felt about Kurbaan ‘while’ I was watching it. It’s of course a different story that later I felt foolish to have thought so!!
