I wonder how many potential good workers lose their enthusiasm at work just because they are not able to gel with their teams (or vice versa). I have seen such misfits in almost every team I have worked with. They are good at what they do but are not able to contribute much to the project/company. All they need is some motivation and the ability to relate to other team members so as to make the project (and their own profiles) a big success…

i never fit in..
So…so true. But most of the companies treat their employees as resources rather than humans. So there is no question of connecting, mixing or whatsoever. And this thing gets least attention.
India needs a revolution in “treatment given to employees in the companies”.
