Humpty Dumpty had a great fall….

On the second floor of a supermarket, in view of around 30-35 people, while chasing her little one who gets hyper excited on seeing an elevator door open and dashing just in time to save her from getting hurt!!

Oh and did I tell you that my back is still hurting from that fall????

And that I [...]

The Buzzzy Bee

I never thought this term could ever be applied to me! I am one of those very laidback people, living life at her own pace. Some people call this trait as laziness, though! But now I have snapped out of that mode and been made to work endlessly thanks to a hyperactive kid at home [...]

How do you handle

a tiny bundle of joy who gives you heartache by her sweet smile
a nonstop chatterbox who still hasn’t given ‘proper’ shape to her words
a hyperactive kid who keeps you constantly on your toes
an intelligent mind who knows exactly what ticks you off
a typical girl who loves her (and her mom’s) creams, hairbands, clips, bags, etc..

I was heartbroken and sad at the thought of leaving her everyday.
She waves ‘Good Bye’ with a [...]

- for Diya in my life
- for my entire family and friends being there to make me laugh, and wipe out my silent (and sometimes not so silent) tears.
- for letting me complete my graduation (I had my own share of troubles and mindblocks)
- for all the moments of joy and happiness. For letting me [...]

- through the sparkle in those big eyes….

The moment that changed my entire life.
The reason which would give me hope even in the worst of my times.
The sparkle that saw me through the darkest hours.
The sole purpose of my life.
.
.
All captured in this one picture.
Reflected in the beautiful eyes.
Giving me reason to smile in the [...]

Ever heard…

… a child laughing whole heartedly only to end it with a crying note…
And this happening not once or twice but so many times over that you just can’t help but laugh along!!!!!!!!!!!!
(Diya does it so very often these days. She would cry for something – like asking for a forbidden article. To soothe and [...]
