Will the slow and steady win this race?

So I have lost 3.5 kgs in 4 months! Is this too slow? or is it okay? It is hard to tell. I have been fairly regular with my yoga and walks. I have also ensured that I don’t eat heavy meals after 7:00pm. There have been lapses, lazy days and cheat meals. But all in all it has been fairly okay by my standards! I have a few more kgs to get rid of in order to feel fitter and more active. Let’s see how it goes and if I am able to achieve the target 🙂
